SAR has been the bigger person in this little scenario, continually maintaining that he'll do what's best for the team, whether he starts or comes off the bench.
Kenny, on the other hand, is always about Kenny. When Grant asked him if it felt good to break his little slump he looked at Grant as though he was insane and made some comment about how if he got the ball more he'd be able to do more.
I agree the media may be starting to jump on this but I also think, after hearing the reports coming out, that it just might be indicative of an old familiar refrain as far as Thomas is concerned. And I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it is merely over-emphasis by the media on a slow sports day.

Can anyone lip read?

PT Cruiser 9ROC said:Just saw the local Fox sports report with Jim Krandall. They had a clip of Kenny at the sidelines after the incident and he was mouthing something along the lines of "I ain't helpin' nobody anymore" and "Eff that" while Corliss and Bibby were trying to calm him down.
Krandall suggested it was a lapse on defense that caused it. Who knows...

Agreed completely, no need to get rid of SAR, he's great off the bench for us. Like I've been sayind and you said, trade the hot headed and inconsistent KT for a strong PF that can rebound and block shots consistently. That's who would rebound if we got rid of KT, it's not like we'd get no one in return.Rome said:I like KT and i think he's a good player but wouldn't it make sense to get a player that could rebound and block shots on a consistent basis.
I think this team is a shotblocker away from becoming a True Contender. Just look at how good Dallas plays with a shotblocker who barely puts up points buts just there to block shots and rebound. A guy like Diop is what we need on this team. He's like the perfect example of a role player.
Now I could just say trade SAR for a shotblocker/rebounder and put KT in the bench but I suppose you already know how KT reacts to the bench. KT is a non factor when he's in the bench while giving fits and pouting regarding playing time. So i think SAR is a great 6th man because he can be a go to guy when our other bench players are not producing. He also creates shots for our bench players like Kevin Martin.

Sacramento is one of the rare places where every player is embraced while they are members of the team. Of course people will be critical, but they will also praise him. 95% of us fully support all our players no matter what. If I was able to put my dislike for Ron Artest aside and fully support him, anything is possible![]()

loborick said:You may be an exception, but the rule on this board is to dis KT. I read this board every day looking for references to KT. 75% of them are negative. Most fan boards are critical when someone isn't playing well, and many of them have their target. On this one, KT is it. Many said KT would not succeed at the NBA level because of his size (he was listed at 6-9 in college but is not even 6-7) but he has shown that, in the proper atmosphere, he can average a double double. He did so a couple of year ago with Philly.
I don't mean to be an advocate of KT, but I feel he has been treated unfairly on this board. As have many other players. I'm still waiting for Artest's meltdown. Watch out next year.
