There's a reason for that though -- SF/PF straddles the line between finesse perimeter players and interior power players. Unless you are a super elite guy like Dirk or KG, the end result is almost always either a SF lacking skills (the "college center" class -- Corliss etc.) or a PF lacking toughness, rebounding, interior defense (Harrington, Reef, Juwann Howard, Van Horn etc. etc.). A pox on 'em I say!
If you're going to get me a tweener to play PF, go get me a nice beefy 4/5 accustomed to banging and boarding, not a soft little 3/4 who tweezes his eyebrows before every game so he'll look pretty.
