20 games this year is equal to 24-25 games in a normal 82 game schedule. We will beat the past 2 years records wise this year.

Curious how this is even a serious question. I am sure you have some reasoning behind such a thread?

There probably isn't. This is a terrible thread. Remember when we had Quincy Douby, Kenny Thomas, Corliss Williamson? C'mon now.

The significant difference with this season and others of the last decade has to be the small ball offense. I don't think the poll question is very good maybe something along the lines of rate the offenses/defenses we have had for the last 10 years would be more appropriated. Of course we would have to identify the different attempts at offense and separate the inability of the players to make it work and the failure of the offense itself. With the uptempo small ball offense it directly ties to the defense in ways that most offense don't. Most of the time defenses tie into the offense more then the other way around and that isn't the case with this offense.

Maybe just ask if people like the product on the floor or not, or are we underachieving or overachieving? Is it the most pleasing to watch and so on

I don't mean to be rude, but who cares? It is what it is, and if its the worse, the second worse or whatever, it changes nothing. So whats the point?

I don't know what his point is. If he wanted to somehow compare the progress/teams we have fielded since we stopped being genuine competitors in the early part of the last ten years he should just say it. Maybe this is a roundabout way of getting to that?

Agree. Kind of a dumm question with no point.

Does anyone really want to remember that? Do you sit at home and drumm up memories of your last trip to the dentist office? How about your last colonoscopy? Ugggh, gives me shivers to even mention it.

There are plenty of bad teams to chose from. I might be guilty of drinking the kool-aid, but this team is betting better. They run now and can score. They are a good rebounding team. Effort is up except for Salmons and Hayes who look like they are half asleep. That pesky defensive problem won't go away.

Thought I would resurrect this thread tonight:

Given that we have lost 6 in a row and 11 of the last 13, plus what is going on with the arena deal and the public relations between the community and the kings ownership I think that this may be the lowest point since the Kings came to Sactown.

For those of you (and this includes me) that still follow the team - congratulations. You are hard core fans. No if's ands or buts about it.

Or maybe we are all just sick in the head to stick with it - LOL.

I don't think it's the worst - there are definitely good players here. I will say that I think it's the greatest misuse of talent in the past 10 years.
