If our Kings don't win tonight...

.. this season is DOOMED! Perhaps we may even be doomed much longer who knows. I plead and pray for a win tonight.. I don't see it going much farther if there's a loss tonight especially where Adelman is concerned.

I don't know about DOOMED, but certainly the schedule is not getting any easier. This thing is probably going to get worse before it gets better.

Do you mean that you think we won't win the championship!??

How dare you!!!

KINGS + DEFENSE = WINS!!

KINGS + ADELMAN (NO INSPIRATION OR DEFENSE) = LOTTERY PICK!!!

Where's Bill Russe......oh wait..ya thats right...i forgot!!!;)

The sky is falling! ;)

It would be better for the Kings to hit bottom now and make serious adjustments (players, coach, whatever), than keep on struggling throughout the season mired in mediocrity.

Next game I assume ?

Well lets hope not. My message of doom and gloom usually appear annually around March/April/May depending. At this rate forget about May and probably even April.

If Dick Motta was our coach, then we could fire him and hire... ummm, lemme see.... Rick Adelman!

Well heck if the Kings loose tonight we ought to go commit mass suicide in fornt of Arco! or maybe just one of us with a note that after every loss a fan will die untill changes are made?

You know....that's not bad.

Can I get to choose which fan it is every night? :p

How about this: if the Kings DO win tonight, the team will still have problems all over and the season won't be close to turned around.

But I am happy to have a televised game that I can actually watch.

It should be interesting to hear what Barkley and Kenny have to say, Reggie too.

One game... you are right about that captain. They are certainly trending in the wrong direction, and will take many games for that trend to be righted. I don't declare 'turned around' with a single game.

Ah, but for about 45 hours we could celebrate the beginning of a "winning streak" without fear of being wrong.

;)

Absolutely! Gotta love that!

:D

Also, if you believe most pundits, a loss tonight will result in Adelman's departure or something of that nature. So, while one win isn't exactly a turnaround, one more loss could be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

Not that I like losing but this team needs fundamental change and it won't come if we have a whole season of half successes. Therefore, the sooner we convince those who can make changes that changes are, indeed, necessary then the sooner we can start turning this thing around.

I've resorted to celebrating 10 minute winning streaks. That way, I get a least a couple cheers in during each game. Try it... it really helps. ;)
