I don't think he can be suspended. He didn't actually throw things AT the officials.

Yeah but there are all kinds of "conduct" clauses including unsportsman like. I suspect he WILL be fined. I doubt if the NBA will have the gall to suspend him given how bad the call was.

Miller BETTER not get suspended. McGrady kicked it TWICE in a game last year and he just got a double-tech and was fined if I remember right.

Of course, Mcgrady's a superstar and Millers not, so who knows..
