I feel the same way, which is why I have wanted the Kings to pick up Darko for a while. Now it seems like the time for that sort of move has passed. Not only has Darko soured on the NBA, but I don't think our team is in a position any longer to do what would be necessary to keep him happy and developing, which is give him as many minutes as he wants. We are likely to draft another big man in this draft because of the depth at that position while we still are trying to develop two other post players we have drafted in recent years, so it doesn't seem like a good fit.I would actually agree -- he's being given a shot, and he's waking up a bit. People treated that game against us as an aberration, but really not so much since Minnesota picked him up.
That said, no chance -- his long stated goal was to go back to Europe and write off the whole NBA experience as a bad trip. MInnesota has been doing everything in its power to try to change hi smionjd -- giving him minutes, a starting role, buttering him up with constant compliments etc. So if he stays Stateside, its hard to see it being for anybody other than the Wolves, and he'll only stay with them if they are able to make him trust them.

Darko has much of an upside and game wise he would be a good fit for Kings but he is a headcase. Wouldn't want him near Reke and other youngsters.
Just my 5 cents.

The subtitles really do not represent the harshness of the language though.
how about signing darko this offseason? i doubt he would be expensive, hes still very young and is starting to show very good shotblocking skills. maybe he starts to develop. the only this is his rebounding doesnt seem to be improving. what u guys think
I would only bring in Darko for less money. Money is the issue because if he is cheap enough, he will be easily waived if he starts detracting from the team. Yes on Darko, but not for much more than 3 million per.
Darko went off during some international event. Explaining how he would F everyone, rip off their heads and defecate on them.
And that is spot on!Well see though, that's precisely the attiude I WANT out of my 7'0" tall shotblocking center.
As an aside, I will mention again that Darko really hasn't been bad for Minny. He's nto a scrub talentwise. I just don't see him staying in the NBA for anybody but the Wolves.
