Just having a little fun....... I miss him, but it is nice to have him win a game for us...... lol

You know secretly I wanted him to make it.:(

And in a hopeful world, we'd have come back in OT and won, but the possibility of losing was too much, so...

good effort Webb!!

Not you, BTW, R1LOVER... :D

Those of you I'm talking to know who you are and it stops NOW. The next comment that attempts to pour salt in wounds will be the last one that poster makes.

KNOCK off the bagging on Webber. Period.

I don't even think I could bring myself to bag on the guy, I feel really bad for him. His team put him in that position, I hope Philly realizes that. AI is going to have to learn not to dominate the ball so much.

That's true, in order to maximize Webber, they will need to change there game a little.... I don't know if AI can do that and still be AI???

AI's got the biggest heart in the NBA, I wouldn't doubt his ability to get Webber involved. I just don't feel that the 76ers have the pieces to have the offence flow through Webber, which is why that even if they do make adjustments, I don't expect Webber to have as many assists as he did with the Kings. Certainly more than 1, but not 5 or 6.

Why is it that people are allowed to make comments about Pedja this and Pedja that but you cannot say anything about CWebb. Your true alliances really show and its not to the Kings but to a player.

Acutally watchn the Sixers tonight, I thought they looked like the Kings of old. They can surely make some waves, especially in the eastern conf

I'm hoping they make ALOT of waves. If CW couldn't get a ring before, he has a chance now in the East.

It looked like Webb And AI were getting along great for a first game. They clapped hands alot and were smiling with each other.

And what's wrong with that? I'd have much rather seen Peja gone that Webber, cause I like Chris better. Some people are more emotional toward players than teams. I doubt I'll be a Sacramento fan when bibby's gone, but hey, that's just me.

calm down, and have some respect for a player who played his HEART out for the kings organization for 7 years!

Personally, I'll be a Sacramento Kings fan as long as there are Sacramento Kings. (And hopefully that is for a LOOOONG time)

I wanted Chris to miss that shot with every fiber of my being, because I wanted MY team to win. At that instant the fact that it was Chris Webber taking the shot didn't make the slightest difference to me. It was a 76er and I was rooting againt him. And even if it was my favorite King (BJax) who was traded and in the same spot, I'd feel the same way.

It was nice to see the love from his former teammates after the game though.

I think I'm going to buy a Sixer/Webber Jersey and wear it to the next Kings Home game :) :) :)

I wanted Webber to make that shot just as much as I would have wanted him to if he was still wearing a kings' uni. IMO that overtime would have been awesome.

Stop hating, no need to bash Webber... have you forget what he has done for this team and city ?
I am with you on this one...show the guy some respect, he showed a great deal of respect to the fans.

But the memories are still there and always will be, and no one can deny what CWebb did for us, so if anyone needs to shut up...

my thoughts exactly! If it had been anyone else with the ball in their hands, forget it, but at that point I would have loved to see it go to OT and let us win there.

Won't say anything right now about what whats going to come from Webber for Sixers, but he has won quite a few games for us. This is just cheap thrill according to me if you think that it is funny.

Webb has given this team everything he had for 6 1/2 years. He has played with passion, he has given his all, and he has won many a game for us. Whether or not we agree with the trade, most of us loved the guy and respect what he did for this team, so we are feeling a little protective of him right now. He left this team with great class, and with great respect for this era of Kings basketball, and he deserves the same respect.
