I could see this working... with Patrick Ewing we get a guy that will without a doubt command Cousins respect as well as a legit HOF big man mentor for Cousins... he has been on the bench like Brian Shaw waiting for his chance... eh? eh? could be a good fit if he brings some vet asst coaches with him

This team has taken enough fliers on coaches. It's time to make a solid hire. A guy with experience and a proven system. I was frustrated (but unsurprised given the history) to see the T'Wolves nab Adelman when IMO he would have been perfect here.

A guy like Jerry Sloan would be perfect. The only con I can think of against such a move is that he'd only be around for 3-5 years. Of course, that argument would hold more water if the Kings weren't on their 5th head coach in the last 5 years.
