I hope that the NBA, its owners and players as well as the national media saw what took place earlier today at Sacramento International Airport. The Here We Welcome event could only happen in a small market city called Sacramento, home of the most passionate and loyal fans in all of sports.

There were hundreds of fans in attendance. They got loud. They cheered on their newest members of our Sacramento Kings but also greeted those who arrived to Sacramento. It was awesome to see a fan tunnel which was a great idea by Kings PA Scott Moak.

Today was a lot of fun and I could feel the excitement and energy. Imagine what it will be like on opening night (provided there is no lock out or it's cut off to save the 2011-2012 season). #HereWeStay #HereWeBuild #KingsFans
