LAS VEGAS – It's no secret that the Sacramento Kings would prefer to move veteran forward Chuck Hayes and his remaining two-years, $11 million-plus salary.
A source close to eight-year defensive specialist communicated to CSNNW.com that Hayes is not opposed to a change of scenery and would welcome such a deal if it's the right team and situation.
The same source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity due to the sensitive nature of the situation, added that Hayes would not have an issue returning to Sacramento for his third season with the organization if it worked out that way.
His agent Calvin Andrew, when asked about his client's mindset Monday night in Las Vegas, refused to comment on the matter.
Hayes, 30, appeared in 74 during the 2012-13 campaign and averaged 2.7 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 16.3 minutes per game http://www.csnnw.com/article/source-kings-forward-hayes-open-trade I saw this article and just had to post it - LOL One can only hope!!!
