We can get $40.50 seats for only $25.50. If this is a go, I will be posting a link (maybe by PM) where you can go, purchase your tickets, and have your tickets emailed to you for printing. Couldn't be easier than that.

We want to see the crowd improve at ARCO. We want to see cheaper tickets. We want to see our exciting young team. Well, this is your chance.

Tell me which of these games you would be interested in attending. You have until Sunday night, Nov 29th at 8 p.m. to make your wishes known. From this, I will choose a game, set it up and get back to you.

Okay, There is enough interest that I am setting up both games. I will start 2 threads (1 each for the different dates).

They are currently setting up the account for us and will send me the URLs for you to go and purchase and print your tickets.

The 1st game (Jan 2nd) is being set up as a group that will all sit together. I am placing a deposit on this one for 30 seats. I see that by the time I got home today, we may already have a need for all 30 tickets. I can probably add more but only if people go in and purchase their tickets soon. There will be a deadline for purchasing tickets on this particular game. All seats are the $40.50 seats that we are purchasing at a discounted rate of $25.50.

The 2nd game (Jan 9th) is being set up as open distribution. I am not required to place a deposit for this game plan. You will have multiple choices for seating plans to choose from. While we need to get a minimum of 20 seats sold for the discounted prices, tickets can be purchased as long as there are available seats at ARCO in your preferred price range. Only 2 ticket price ranges are discounted. The others will be regular price, but remember, you will save on convenience fees and service charges. BTW - the discounted prices: $40.50 seats discounted to $25.50 and the $25.50 seats discounted to $19.50.

I'm sure I'm forgetting something, so fire away with any questions you may have.

The URLs for these will be sent to you by PM. This is a benefit I am setting up for our members and their families and friends, so the URLs will not be posted on the board. Please, if you get the URL from me, do not post it on the board. Thank You!

Yes! Because this seems to have a popular response, I am planning to add more games in the open distribution plan for additional games. Read previous post (#44)to get info on open distribution.
