I gotta disagree on that one.It is very hard not to root for the Warriors
Very easy to root against the Mavs
How good is to see something like our Bay Area GSW light up the NBA world w/ the kind of athleticism, heart and just heroic like basketball w/ the likes of the Baron, the likes of Stephen Jackson carrying the team on his back, JRich doing his thing and Nellie finally getting control of this thing to close it out.
What a great story and what a great occasion for we Californians to find a second option and to feel our passion come alive for another North California team that is rewriting history and capturing the imagination of many.
I'm jazzed about the playoffs like the rest of you.
And i am very very please to see the Warriors reap their due reward...
How can you not love this outfit from Nellie on down to Beidrins....
Hallefrickenleuia
On to Houston/Utah
Whoa...
I rooted for the Mavericks to lose but I'm not a Warriors fan. Not now, not ever. I only have passion for one team in the NBA.

The new WC Champion, for sure.Mavericks should be ashamed of themselves.
They made no adjustments whatsoever to stop or even slow down the very one-dimensional Warriors team... This basically means that Suns - Spurs series will decide the new NBA champion.
"**** it, I'm buying the Cubs!"
What's this "we Californians" stuff? LA is in California and I would never root for them. Why would I root for a team that isn't my team? I wasn't rooting for the Warriors in this series. I was rooting against the Mavs, who I currently dislike much more than the Warriors, a team I have never liked. What are all these"right reasons" to root for the Warriors? Right for who?How good is to see something like our Bay Area GSW light up the NBA world w/ the kind of athleticism, heart and just plain ole heroic basketball w/ the likes of the Baron, the likes of Stephen Jackson carrying the team on his back, JRich doing his thing and Nellie finally getting control of this final game to close it out.

Cuban was crying... And then gives a shot at Nellie about how he "respects him as a coach but doesn't like him as a person"
WORD. And I bet Nellie is really hurting about that remark.Thats funny because Nelson is more likeable and has earned more respect in the NBA than Cuban could ever buy.
I think Cuban does more good than he gets credit for but his comments (if this is actually what he said) are completely classless.Thats funny because Nelson is more likeable and has earned more respect in the NBA than Cuban could ever buy.

With my team out of the running, I don't give a rip who wins the championship. The only team I have even a mild interest in "rooting for" to win it all is the Pistons and only because I'd be happy for Webber. Which is just rooting for a once and always King in my book.
