Honestly, I am ******* of our injuries, I just dont thinks its fair that we always have an injury of some sort while other teams only worry about if their sneakers are on too tight. It sucks.
dont panic....i dont think its that bad

Awesome effort and win tonight... great game too! Bonzi hopefully is not out for more than 5 days, I don't think it'll be serious. Ron Artest is incredible. :)

We never lost at home since the trade and we're planning not to lose at Dallas and LA Fakers! Crush those fools!

ya know.... the lakers have kobe to beat the mavs, pistons and spurs..... i dunno that artest is the guy that beats the mavs..... we need garica back and for bibby, miller and martin to bring their "A" games....

WE MUST WICKED BRUISE LA, NOT JUST BEAT THEM!! I want them to remember who we are after the game. I want Kobe to be speechless after the game, I want Phil to HATE playing us for a reason. I want them to forget about the old Kings and take notice to the BAD BOY Kings!! We COMMAND respect now, even if we havent won anything meaningful, we can sure leave a few calling cards on the way to the pinnacle of success!!

I was watching on the Grizzles Network, they wouldn't shut up about the FT disparity, can't complain about that tonight, boys.

Same here in the Philippines. They're full of shat talkin' about the FT. And I was laughing the way on how one of them speaks. Like a Southerner or something. And the other one wants to cry because of the Kings' FT and Artest's should-have-been foul to Gasol. Man, that was a painful combination of drama, sports, action and comedy! :D

NICE WIN KINGS!!!!!!!!

Any Bonzi news? I had to listen to the game & heard no mention of how it happened............or how bad it is.

Every time I see Tsakalies all I can think of is the time in the Playoffs that Webber pased the ball to him self behind Jakes back... the poor guy just stood there looking dumb... dumber than usual anyway. ;)
I ALWAYS remember this!! :D That has to be one of the most, if not the TOP most embarrasing play in basketball history. Big Jake looked like the biggest fool!

I like your attitude.

Ok...so let me get this straight...we play a way more aggressive game than the Grizz could even dream of playing tonight, way more physical in the paint, spread the passing lanes, made them over correct on defense...and they want to b**ch about free throws?? C'mon guys, you gotta do better than that.

We did do all that but 14 fts vs 37 fts is kinda rediculous. I'm from Memphis, I'm a kings fan first but you have to kinda see there point. We were getting every call. It's the first time all season I've seen that happen though.

I got a shirt made a few years back that kinda says it all, instead of 'Beat LA'(even though I have a whole drawer full of those, too)...I got a couple made that say 'BEAT UP LA, GO KINGS!!'. THAT is my attitude towards LA, and has been for the last 21 seasons. Ah hell, that goes for ANY sport, I hate the LA Kings, Angels, Dodgers, even the LA team in soccer, HATE EM'!!

they should look at the turnovers too. grizz--19; kings--8

Because WE dictated the style of play tonight, the Grizz didnt have the same energy we did, the officials tend to notice and latch on to those type of things, especially if its the home team. Different energy.

My point exactly!;)

Do you think I'm mad. But from time to time on this site I think there is a sentiment that the Refs are after the Kings, tonight was definitely not one of those nights. Did you watch the game? There were some questionable calls on our side and questionable non-calls on their side. If you didn't see that obviously you weren't watching close to enough. As I said b4, I'm a Kings fan and I'm happy about the result but there was a huge disparity which were usually on the other side of.

we drove inside all night because our jumpers weren't falling. So we are going to get fouled. Gasol and Jackson were the only Grizzlies that attempted to go to the lane and they went to the line 9 out of those 14 times. Big jake didn't get the ball enough to get fouled in the paint. We turned Memphis into a jump shooting team because of our perimeter defense and thats why you don't go to the line much. Everybody on our team was driving even bibby drove 5 times. We know what to do when we aren't hitting jumpers Grizzlies however did not and if they did we just stopped it. Basically right not we are better then them and most other teams.

GO KINGS

ps Grant pissed me off rooting for Bobby Jackson so much. yeah yeah yeah he was here once, but now he is not. BJ is out to beat us just like Kobe is now. Dong cheer for the opposing team i don't care who it is

I've seen some blocks from the Grizz side. Some are at the hand of our Kings. They should look at that too. Especially the one from Lorenzen Wright.

Edit: Missed that W for Wright.

Personally, I think the Grizz and everyone associated with them are just pissed that we are only 3 games behind them and closing in even more.

I'm trying to see this as a Kings homer but partial Grizzles fan. Grizzles were missing Eddie Jones, their best defender. Grizzles were coming back and Bobby got hurt (definitely helped us). Grizzles got killed from the line, TOs, and were beat on the boards. They didnt play exactly well and thus the score disparity. I think the Kings could have really killed the Grizzles if we were hitting shots.

Well whatever. GO KINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO RON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have listened to the Grizz anouncers twice this year on LP against us and they are by far the worst i have heard all year. They never do wrong and the other team is always in the wrong.

in saying that i give Phx 1st game annoucer thunder dan was a great announcer he gave it to you straight but by far the best announcer i have heard all year was Kenny Smith when he was doing pbp in New York when we beat them in overtime. Kenny Smith is probably the best basketball announcer i have heard in some time. yeeees better than Marv

Your right they aren't that smart. Kept saying we only went 7 deep when in fact we go 8 deep with Garcia in the lineup (hurt) which got annoying.

They did have some points, I would too complain if I were a fan whose team was losing the free throw disparity by that much. Wouldn't you do the same?

Mostly agreed. I like the Grizz also. I didn't have the Grizzlies broadcast, but the NBA TV one, which had Grant/Jerry.

Pau has gone from good to great lately. I'm really impressed with his game. I don't think he's KG good but he's got the all around game like KG. He's only 23 (my age) and he's going to be good for a long time.
