Great performance by Bibby

Bibby is only 28, hes not old. Miller I think needs to go, we need good big guys, plain and simple, Miller hasnt been a great scorer all season and most of last season. both him and thomas are just kind of there, we need better post players for scoring and rebounding.

Damn a loss here would have put as at the 7th pick with a good chance of getting into the the top 5 depending on the play of Phil and Atlanta.

unfortunetly we have to deal with reality. bibby is moveable, miller isn't.

I'm conflicted. I would prefer to get more balls, but beating a team like Phoenix is also fun. Still, this is where focus is important. We need balls, not a meaningless win.

It seems Bibby and the team is finally realizing Bibby is better off-ball. Hopefully they remember that next year.

you can say THAT again...we definetely need more balls:D

bibby giving nash flashbacks of the old kings mavs playoff series thanks mike you made my weekend still of the best pg in my opinion!

GO KINGS!

Its not just you.

The good part of that would be a player with a feel for the moment.

The bad part would be a player who is basically faking it for the national audience in the hopes they'll ignore his ****ty season and only recall the one game.

Of course if you count recent playoff perfromances, maybe even the basic premise might be a bit off.

It may be my own sentimentality and stubbornness, but I can't see Mike faking it.

Don't know that he's capable of faking it, frankly, as that would require a level of planning/strategy with which I'm somewhat reluctant to credit Mike. I've always gotten the feeling that, for better or worse, he's going to play his game the way he wants. Every day. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Um...what in the hell are you talking about?

I mean seriously. I am going to assume here that you just haven't been paying attention, but this draft is completely loaded. We're not talking about winning the rights to Andrew Bogut. We are talking about something like the LeBron/Melo/Bosh/Wade draft.

Well, who do you think they might draft?

Bibby is too old. By the time Martin enters his prime, say 27, Bibby is going to be on the downhill slide. Martin is part of the core, not Bibby. It's too bad Bibby didn't have this kind of game before the trade deadline. Maybe we could have gotten a better deal for him.

I don't think so. He's playing better now than he was earlier on in the season. If we make a push for that 8th spot and he continues playing solid basketball, his stock will be higher in the off-season than it was at the deadline. He's averaging almost 21ppg in March. Compared with 17ppg before the deadline.

Great game, I'll have to actually watch the game now. I'm sorry I have to screen the games, but I don't have time to watch crappy games!!!! :p

Hopefully Bibby will finish out the year with good play and then we can move him and Artest in the offseason. Maybe package them together for KG, o.k. it's just a thought, I know that probably will not happen, but you can dream about it right? :p

I think all of us would be o.k. with Price starting at PG if we traded Bibby & Artest for KG. Heck, I'd even be o.k. with Salmons or Cisco starting at PG if they absolutely had to. That way the Pups can rebuild and we can have a good chance of winning it all with a little fanagling. KG is really getting tired of the lack of effort by his team. I feel that by trading away Bibby and Artest, we'd still have enough around KG to go deep in the playoffs...especially if KMart continues doing as good as he has this year. Our 4 is the weakest position probably in the NBA so putting a HOFer there next to a decent/good Center in Miller..all of a sudden our black hole front court is very good and our back court not bad enough to hurt us as much as out front court is hurting us now.
