The New Orleans Pelicans want to re-sign center DeMarcus Cousins, according to head coach Alvin Gentry. Cousins, who was dealt to the Pelicans by the Sacramento Kings in 2017, will enter free agency this off-season after appearing in a total of 65 NBA games. The four-time All-Star averaged 25.2 points and 12.9 rebounds per game in 2017-18 but Cousins was limited to just 48 games after rupturing his left Achilles tendon in late January.
