[Game] [GAME] Kings vs Knicks 12/31/11

All we had to do was resign Dalembert and Marcus... Why didn't they just do that.

Because we would have to overpay Daly. And what's worse, having a team that totally sucks or overpaying one guy - who might be worth it, BTW? Don't want to reargue it but our owners have no interest in putting a team on the floor and that's my bottom line.

Yep. January has 12 of 17 games on the road. February has 8 of 13 games on the road. That's 20 of the next 30 games on the road. Yikes!

Is that really a bad thing?! This team needs to spend some time together on the road. They clearly don't trust each other out there on either side of the ball.

Interior defense isn't exactly our problem. Demarcus and Hayes have been doing their part.

I lke watching them as the next guy but not when im the one riding the car :) this is just ridiculous... 13 assists to the fourth for the entire team and 60 + percent in the line? really? chuck better call a players meeting now.

Thornton a few days ago said we were a small team, meaning lack of height. It shows over and over of both O and D with this group. Besides that, we're not all that athletic and not all that quick - contrary to popular opinion. In short, Kings are just a mediocre team bordering on a disaster. I blame it on the roster - 60% - players effort 30% - coach 10%

I was just gonna say, if we're getting blown out at home, what difference does it make if the games are at home or on the road?

Both of our interior defenders fouled out of the last game. I get your point but I have no easy answers to what is wrong beause something is horribly wrong. We had youth last year and didn't look this bad.

BTW, PM me if you went to Japan.

We had plenty of games that were this bad last season, they were just spread out over a full season.

This team was even worse last year to start, at least in the looks department. I think people forget how bad this team looked early. If it wasn't for that late surge this team could have beat that 17 win season in the suck department.

The boys need bonding time off the court. It should show on the court. We seem to be forgetting we have a few new players around here who are trying to get to know everybody. It makes a difference.

I don't know about that. Shaq and Kobe hated each other and won three rings.

Unfortunately we do not have that sort of time. And Paul almost certainly does not have that time.

If this trend keeps up, Paul is probably gone after this stretch of road games. We already brought in Smart as an assistant and Westphal's on the last year of his contract anyways
