Vivek talked about the Spurs a few days ago and wanting to be like them.

Well, we were far closer to SA under Malone with this lineup than we are now, which really looks like a Keith Smart coached team and the anti-SA.

I'm not just pissed about our offense, I'm more pissed about our defense. It's clear it's no longer a focus. Rotations/switches/reads have taken a real step back. It was somewhat hidden by Kobe dominating the rock and the Lakers just being terrible.

We look unprepared. We look like we haven't talked defense once since Malone got canned.

It's not Corbin's fault either. This is what the FO wants. Pace and style.

Curry is a legit MVP candidate. If you ask me who wins it this far in the season, I'd say Curry.

No way in hell is Lebron near that this season. KD has been injured. Westbrook has been injured too. AD's team isn't that good. Plus the Warriors are arguably the best team in the NBA right now.

Look at Curry's stats.. they're amazing.

Curry is good, he's very good but what he does usually gets cut down to size in playoffs which is a much slower grind it out pace. To quote Michael Malone: "Analytics, whatever you want to call it. I think it’s all B.S. Defense wins in the NBA."

No question Steph Curry is in the pole-position for MVP at this point in the season.

If they slow the game down and play half court ball, the Kings would have a chance. But they have tried to run with the Warriors and it has been a poor effort at best. They need a real coach like George Karl to come in and mold a team out of the misfit parts we have. They need more structure and better offensive schemes to compete.

Oh and an influx of talent at the PF and PG positions. Id like to see JT and Collison coming off the bench and Sessions and Williams off the team. This is in no way shape or form a playoff team. Even in the East they would probably not make the playoffs. There is no cohesion or flow to their game.

He averages 23+ and 8 Assists in the playoffs with a 43% FG. So not really and he's an even better player this year, he improve s his game every year
