You always need somebody out there who's going to keep the players accountable game to game. And it has to be someone the players respect. Nobody plays at 80% and wins in the NBA. Not against playoff teams anyway.

id be ok with it if the team didn't look defeated. Their body language does not look good.
Even when we were 5-1, there were a lot of problems with our team. Our roster has way too many holes. At best, we're 8th seed no doubt. We lack talent and skills to compete.

just because they have a great record doesn't give us an excuse to look awful. We looked a lot better the first time we played them.
Plus our biggest strength (DMC) is their biggest weakness. their frontcourt is small and weak. And we don't even bother to attack that

But really, there's no way in hell we were going to beat the Warriors. But as the Grizzles proved the other night, you can't run up and down on the Warriors and beat them. You have to be more physical and grind down on them. You can't allow them to run up and down the court and get open shots.

i agree lots of holes in the roster. Which is why if anyone should be fired it's Pete D'Alessandro. the team was still competing hard. Now they look like they're just going through the motions

I think the problem is that we're stuck in a spot where we can't get any quality bench players because our trading assets suck.. if we want any real value, we have to give up our 2014 lottery pick.. Nik Stauskas.
