Whatever makes you happy, I guess, and perhaps it would make more sense if you grew up or live somewhere without defined seasons. But this time of year is just about peak fall in Sacramento, and it flows nicely into the celebration of the harvest that is Thanksgiving. Winter and its Christmas trees and songs of sleigh bells can wait. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

I am personally Oct for Halloween, Thanksgiving until the end of the weekend, my silver tinsel tree goes up where it will stay (with some pushback from the lady of the house) until King day.
