There is no way a sub-forum on the legal system is not going to stray and most likely dive into the topics and subjects that nearly tore this board apart when they were granted a sub-forum....... lost a lot of great posters.

The last few legal themed topics have led to poor quality discussions. If we want to ban them, then we should put the ban in the forum rules. I'd be satisfied with that.

If we're not going to ban them, I think it'd be better to have them organized into a hole that's easy to ignore.
