Well, we kinda have a coach, we do not lack depth in that position.

nope, this season has sildified adelman as a long time coach. to be able to get this team into the playoffs with the belief that we can win the first round after everything that has happened this year, rick should be it. all the other gms that fired thier coaches this year are smoking something because they were all good. there is no reason to think about replacing rick

Why choose FLIP when most likely Larry Brown and Phillip will be out there?
I am sorry, I know everyone has a right to their own opinions but why is this even a topic? Especially when we are getting ready to start GAME 2 in the playoffs. IE with one of the better coaches in the league right now.
What team did flip bring into the finals? Or Game 7 of the WCF? Oh wait, it was FLIP that couldn't get his team out of the first round year after year. It was flip that has one of the best individual players in the league. How is he going to help us?
What is the point of this junk? Sorry MOD's... This makes not sense to me that we see a post like this 1 hour from game time in the playoffs.

You called him Phillip. Flip is not that good. LB is a turnaround guy that backed into a perfect team for his style. Phillip is not going to coach anywhere except _maybe_ LA or NY. At any rate, if the choice is Flip, LB or RA, I say give RA life-long contract so that we never have to go 2bd or 3rd option on that list.

Sorry I just saw flip commentating and thought about his availability.
And yours right, flip brought his best team to the WCF, just like rick.
But the fact that we cant go all the way might mean a coaching change and new style of play would work better.
The princeton offensive is fun to watch but never won us a title.

Never know.. Flip is a good coach.. So he didn't get his team to the finals, has Rick gotten us there yet? We were close in 2002, but oh well.. Adelman is only signed until the end of next season, we'll see what happens
