Uh, no. Even if Evans was a PURE PG, you would still do it if Wall is a superstar, teh same way you go ahead and draft Duncan if you have the Admiral (or would ahve drafted Shaq if you had the Admiral).
If Wall is whaqt he is uspposed to be, and that proviso shouldn;t even be needed, because of course if he;s not you don't worry about any of this, but if he is, then he;s the rarest of ebasts, rarer than any positon, than PGs, Cs, whatever -- he's a superstar. So you take him. End of consideration. And then you figure things out from there.
As an aside, peole forget that John Wall is 6'3", and Evans is 6'5". And they both defend. You could play them trogether and have a full sized backcourt. Playing style is the only thing.
