I gotta ask cause I feel like I've missed something with the lasagna thing....
It's a celebration of friendship and forgiveness.

And yes there is a history to Lasagna. Going all the way back to Julius Caesar, actually to his nona.. It's been said that on the morning Caesar Crossed The Rubicon, Caesar's nona prepared him for battle by feeding him lasagna. Some "scholars" have argued that this is not possible as some of the "ingredients" came from the "new world", but until you have tasted my nona's lasagna, you are not able to understand that the ONLY sustenance that could have POSSIBLY powered Caesar and his men to Cross the Rubicon and eventually take the throne, was lasagna, specifically my nona's lasagna, which is the same recipe as Caesar's nona.

It is also well documented that my nona has been feeding our players with lasanga (with extra Sauce) on occasion of big games, however nona has been quite displeased with the Kings and specifically Coach Brown. So to celebrate friendship and forgiveness for all those who doubted her wisdom that Doug Christie would be a better coach (don't make me pull up the post, this is documented), she has been giving away her Famous Lasagna, and will continue to do so for an indefinite period. As has been said, nobody ever wants less lasagna.

We all love lasagna but if too much lasagna happens I just want to offer these alternate lasagnas for your signature enjoyment of lasagna.

PS This is me being helpful and not me being a mod.

The indictment on Brown is his stupid rotations and his refusal to play young talent outside Keegan who also came in as the number 4 pick overall. Can we talk about how even in Y1 Brown wouldn't start him over one of his Nigerian team favorites until Keegan made it impossible not to?

Even Brown fans like me have scratched our heads over this and struggled to rectify it with our appreciation of Coach.

When you look at how he mostly refused to play guys with higher ceilings like Neemi, Sasha, even Davion (who perhaps because of situation only is contributing to Toronto). In favor of guys like Duarte and McGee. Also like why the hell was Juan Toscano Anderson even here? Why does Dougie McBuckets get minutes over Keon? People complained Christie "only" gave Keon 13 minutes in his first game vs. LA where he hadn't even held a practice with the team yet, but Brown probably DNPs him.

And while our travel was difficult and negates some of the "easiness" to our schedule, it only gets more difficult from here. And let's not dismiss the team's dismal home performance even during the winning seasons. And beyond all that you can't negate the extension. You don't get a raise and perform worse and have it go unnoticed. When players do that I think we all know what gets said about them.

I really appreciate him but it was time.
Pretty sure in browns final practice he set the line and minutes. Sure Christie prob just didn't change it till a practice
