dconethree.com orders?

Has anyone received their dconethree.com orders since DC was traded? I ordered 2 t-shirts and they both called and e-mailed to confirm the size on one (they were out of XL so I went with XXL) but I never received them. Here's their e-mail they sent and my response:

Thanks, but that's the problem. I've e-mailed them multiple times and haven't heard a word in return after their initial contact. I was hoping to find out if anyone else has had the same problem, or if this is an isolated case.


I know you are not associated with the site, but I know of no other location to find out if other folks have been through the same thing than this forum.

I've been checking it every couple days since the order. I KNOW they say they are down for a day or two. That's the same message they've had since about 2 days after the DC trade (ie, about 3 weeks or so). I am trying to find out if anyone else had ordered anything and received it or if they are in the same situation I am in - ordered something and got a confirmation of the order but never received it.

I ordered shirts the dayafter I heard about the trade and got them maybe a week later. I did receive an email from them after saying they were down and not accepting anymore orders until further notice for updates.

THANK YOU. That's the kind of info I was looking for. Maybe they cancelled my order or something (or the package was stolen off my porch?), but at least I know they did ship out orders after the trade. I will check my CC bill and take the appropriate actions.

They never billed me, so they must have cancelled the order internally for whatever reason.
