As I wrote earlier today, this is what I recommended as DMC is the future of the franchise and you better have better than 2nd hand info to send him packing. It also may settle him down as he must be a tad nervous. Also, for those who think no player should be treated any differently than others, I think you might be shocked at all the players who have been treated by different rules than the rest of the team.

Common sense approach!

One of the things that would have attracted the ownership group to the franchise is the foundation of the roster still in place.

When you have someone as talented as Cousins that is your foundation. If you add someone as talented as Tyreke, it just adds to that. The salary cap might be a little bit of a mess but quite a few moveable pieces and expiring or nearly expiring contracts.

Anyone with half a brain cell would want to give it a shot with Cousins. Start with a clean slate. Put some structure and culture around him and see if he turns it around. That is just common sense!

Wouldn't Ellis coming or being linked to the Kings mean the end of Evans rather than Cousins? Cause tbh I just don't see a backcourt of Evans/Ellis or Ellis/Thomas working at all. Ellis could actually mean they are not keeping ethier Evans or Cousins which would be tragic and hope this story is bs.
