Could we sign Jakarr Sampson?

Jakarr Sampson cleared waivers today after Philly waived him three days ago. I hope we take a look at him. Philly wants to resign him though.
He is a defensive minded young SF with great physical tools. Still a bit raw but you can see the potential. He definitely needs to learn how to shoot though. But for 10-15 min a game as a defensive spark plug I wouldnt mind him.
