[NBA] Comments that don't warrant a thread (DEC)

Starts at about 37:13 into this, where Brenden Nunes says "members of the last coaching staff told me that it wasn't fully up to them whether they were going to play Keon"

If they're not our OWN first-round picks maybe the league won't take them away...

First time paying attention to a Blazers game in a while but, uh, are we sure these guys are actually in a good long term situation? Caleb Love keeps jacking up shots for some reason and Hansen is invisible out there.

I have watched two games (I think you probably recall me asking lots of questions about Yang when I did, like where is the guy everyone went nuts in the summer over). I have a weird thing with Caleb (I'm glad he's not on my primary team any longer, but I enjoyed seeing him rep the A). They are relying on their supposed trade pieces to stay in games. Scoot was an afterthought - gotta admit I whiffed thinking he'd be better than Brandon Miller although it seems Miller's injury status is not good so maybe they both bust.

If we traded Domas to them it's all about their future picks.

Still irritated as all hell we didn't trade our pick in front of theirs to land Deni for ourselves. Jesus I think Fox/Logjam/Deni/Keegan/Domas would have at least kept Mike Brown and Monte in town a few more years.

Morale should already be at an all time low when you're underperforming like that.

Only argument against CP is you should probably not be yapping when your numbers are in the toilet.

The minute he is gone they win by 20. Atlanta was short handed but maybe things had gotten that bad in the locker room and just exacerbated the problem.

If I was the Clippers I’d trade for Lavine and do it now. They are locked into their roster for 2 years anyway and he can be their Norm replacement. In ‘27 he comes off the books with the rest of their big contracts and they can start over.
