Personally, if a band writes, performs, and records their own material they aren't a "boy band" in my book but depending on how far you want to expand the definition both the Beatles and Beach Boys could be called boy bands, so I suppose I have a favorite too. I'm still slightly mystified by that celebration choice. I assume the concert is just going to be full of elder millennial women drunk off their minds. Maybe if I was single lol
