If I were the Maloofs, I would try to find a legal angle to get out of paying him any territorial rights fee. When you get down to it, he's had the opportunity to move to Anaheim for almost 2 decades now and chose not to move there. It's hypocritical for him to being complaining about the Kings moving in on his territory. In fact, if I were Stern, I'd remind Sacramento, the rest of the owners and the Maloofs that if it weren't for Sterling, the socal option for the Kings wouldn't even exist in the first place. Make him out to be the bad guy that he is.
