City Council meeting tonight at 6 PM:

I know there's another fourm for this, but I wanted to get as much attention as possible. This is an important meeting as it discusses all the possible means of financing the new arena, including parking. If I still lived in sacramento I would be at this meeting. So I implore anyone that can find the time, make your presence felt. Don't let a bunch of naysayers be the loudest voice at this meeting.

There are many of you that are quite vocal when it comes to the Kings. Well, go to this meeting and be just as vocal. Its time to put your money where your mouth is. Let the city council know that the entire city is behind them if they make the right decision. We need as many votes as we can get. Don't read about it in the paper tomorrow, be a part of it tonight.. If you can find time to go to a game, then you can find time to go to this meeting.

Yes, we do need as many folks there as absolutely possible. Tonight is a big presentation and vote. Not the final one, but a very big one. I will be there, and I know a few others are attending as well. So take the time, get off your butt, and let the City of Sacramento know how you feel!!!

Although not the whole financing plan will be rolled out tonight, if there is a no vote on sendinng out a Request for Qualifications for the parking lease, then there is no arena and no time to go in another direction after months of hard work to get to this point. I Implore anybody who supports a new arena to be there. I have to drive and hour and a half to get there, but it is my priority for today.

Let's go Sacramento and regional fans, too!
