IThe Eagles run D is very good and they handled LT well but there is no reason the best running back who, as you say, will break every rushing record can rush for 7yds on 17 carries and expect a victory.

When nine guys are in the box keying on a running back, i don't think yardage is very likely. The Chargers o-line is also completely injured, i think only one starter played.

why is it that the chargers play four teams coming off a bye week, and ten teams never play a team coming off a bye? how do they create the schedule?

You're asking the wrong person. All I hope is that you aren't using the schedule as an excuse for your teams lack of good play and wins.

That is just the way it is. Some years, Chargers have an easy schedule and sometimes they may not. Just like the Kings when tehy didn't have C-Webb. No good teams until Christmas. But now they are fighting a tough schedule, much harder.

ahh.......................a lovely sunday indeed. got some brats cooking and the beer flowing. i'm so glad the bye week is over for me, it was rough. no meaningful football for a two weeks, whats a guy to do? anyways, should be a fun game against buffalo and i'm hoping to see another l.t. trifecta td show today. (he hasn't passed a touchdown for a few games :O) chargers 35 buffalo 10.

Um.....not quite. I'm a charger fan and I don't even think the Chargers are VERY MUCH in the race. The Chiefs are behind the Chargers (tiebreaker) and have a tougher schedule.

IMHO its the Colts who appear to be playing the best football at the moment and if that's still the case on Dec 18th when your team travels to Indianapolis then you will have your acid test right there TSA.

Good game, although I never would have guessed that the game would have been meaningless way back when I said that.

Hope we meet in the conference finals, IMO SD and IND and the two best teams in the AFC.

Great game by the Chiefs. Although I don't know what happend to the Chargers when I was watching it definately didn't seem like the team I saw beat the Colts. I think a major factor the Chiefs won is because there offensive line is so good, Chargers beat the Colts because they got alot of pressure on Peyton Manning which they weren't able to do against the Chiefs. LJ is the man!!!

PS: A Chiefs win was well worth freezing my behind off at the game.
