What an NBADraft.net guy thinks:

I certainly don't want Lowry going to the Suns. Writer must be a Suns boy if he's singling Phoenix out to get Lowry
. He'll be gone before Phoenix picks, especially with the Knicks, Kings, Pacers all there before them.
Kyle Lowry - Ok, before you accuse me of being a Villanova booster (my college is the University of Wyoming; I could care less about the Big East), please believe me when I say Lowry will develop into this draft's best pure point guard. The knock on Lowry right now is height (he currently stands at 6-0) and a lack of consistency with the jumper, but guards as tough as Lowry don't come along every day. He will earn at least 15-20 minutes a night his rookie season simply because of his defensive intensity and endless energy. If Lowry ends up falling to No. 21, the Phoenix Suns could end up with the steal of the draft. Not only would Lowry be learning the nuances of the position from the game's top point guard, but he'd provide a desperately needed defensive presence in Phoenix's back-court. Plus, Lowry would allow Leandro Barbosa to concentrate exclusively on scoring.
Shannon Brown - No coach can teach this kid's physical gifts. I've seen Brown do things on a basketball court I can't even replicate in a video game. Again, his knock is his height (only 6-3 for a 2-guard), but if you can play, height is irrelevant. He has made major strides from his debut game to his finale at Michigan State, and he's still finding ways to improve. He was a sub-par mid-range shooter early in his career, but that has now become one of Brown's strengths. Spending your formative years with a coach like Tom Izzo will do wonders for one's work ethic. Look for Brown to develop into either a starting off-guard or an electrifying 6th man with the ability to put points on the board in a hurry.
