most people agree that we need to rebuild. so, which coach is going to be the best at developing the youngsters, while still maintaining the respect of the older guys? also, which potential coach is going to want a team that's just been blown up? most likely it'll be a coach that has no head coaching experience.

I wouldnt mind a guy like Terry Porter, either. Then you bring in Elie and keep Brooks and bring back Coachie for assistants...and BAM!!...there you go! (j/k) Honestly, I dont know what the hell's going on here, just like the rest of us.
