Yeah so Spain just won the FIBA gold, but thats not entirely why I'm pro-Spanish players right now. I'm mostly pro Serio Rodriguez and pro Rudy Fernandez. Sergio was drafted by the Suns and traded to Portland. He's the Spanish Chocolate guy, but having watched him play these past two games, I think I can say he's a lot more than just a flashy gimmick.
Rudy Fernandez, though having a limited showing in the two games I saw, showed a lot of speed and reminds me of a Pippen/Hedo sort of player.

What I really like in that video are his spin moves and the alley oop he pump fakes on and then does a reverse layup. Instead of forcing the dunk when he was too close, he fakes it, gets space and makes a smooth reverse. He also seems to have some range with his outside shot. He'll likely be a lottery pick in next year's draft and since the Kings love them some swingmen, I'd like to see him end up here.
