I don't mind that we're considering Shaw, but he and Horry are not joined at the hip as some sort of package deal.
If Shaw is the best guy still available after we're done procrastinating, great, hire him. But Horry doesn't intend to be available for another year, and we're under no obligation to accept him. Shaw hasn't even said that he'd want the guy. So let's keep our issues separate. Horry is not on our list to be interviewed, now or ever, and there's no reason to expect that to change. Which suits me just fine. Let's drop the subject.
