He cut his shin open, he can't be on the court with an open wound. He had to shoot free throws, so he had to go get it wrapped up. Naturally he isn't ready to come back yet, because getting hit on the shin hurts like hell. But I don't expect that this will have any long term damage.

Brad = Built Ford Tough!!

Actually, not to minimize it or anything, but almost any deep cut down on your shin you can see to the bone -- there's only a 1/4" of flesh there in a lot of places. I've done it myself on several separate occasions) soccer, tennis, sharp rock) -- not that difficult to do. Hurts of course, but not as debilitating as you might think.

Yea, I thought it looked kind of whitish...not the bone, but you know when you cut yoruself so deep you don't start bleeding right away, there's like a bunch of white spots, then the blood starts emerging through the tissue then like.....flash flood!!!
