Boom or Bust re-signings, trades, free agents

Which players who re-signed with their current teams, got traded or signed as free agents so far this year will bust? Boom? Kablaam?

Boom
Hedo. Although I think he could have been part of a championship team in Portland, he will help turn around an underachieving raptors squad. He is in his prime and poised to have a big year.

Bust
Gortat. He is a nice player but something tells me he won't live up to expectations. Plus if Dallas doesn't win it all this year they are going to be old as balls soon.

Basically the same story for Andersen Varejao, far too big a contract for that guy.

Although it's a quiet signing, I think Anthony Parker going to the Cavs will be a great move for them. He will bring some offense off the bench and I think this does more for them than the Shaq move to be quite honest.
