Bonzi is my new Kings Hero. What a Studly performance tonight.

Even got banged up and was out a few plays later.

Scream into your phone? I didn't call you and make fun of your cooking? No need to yell I tell my wife :) HAHA

we NEED another bonzi type. the guy lives, breathes, and bleeds basketball when he is out there. nothing is greater than a warrior with passion for the game.

what is amazing is people didnt want him on this team. He is exactly what we needed and i wish the rest of the team would play like him.

That's not exactly true. While there was some hesitation on the part of some members, the majority was willing to give him a chance before making any kind of judgment.

I was going to echo what VF said.

Also adding Bonzi damn... he has showed so much heart, determination since he has been here. Not sure what his future holds beyond this year but I hope its with the Kings.

^^^ what I meant was some people were worried about his attitude. But so far he has been a model student and a damn good ball player.

Mike Fratello didn't even want Bonzi in the building that last game when he was playing for Memphis and tonight, Memphis scores 66.

I think Fratello is more a hard "A" type of in your face coach. RA lets players play, they make the money let them play and IMO its a good style. Respect your players and they will respect you. All these Fire RA posts and the funny thing is this team hasn't ever IMO shown they have quit on coach.

sure and Memphis is 13 - 7 so what is Your point anyways ?

Every team loses a game. Spurs lost to the Hawks. Bonzi is doing wll here and that is what matters. Fratello is a good coach.

They were playing the Pacers, who held Utah to 60. 30 below their average.

Props to Gawen Wells.

While I would, obviously, hate to see Bonzi decapitated during a game, it just might be worth it to see him call for the duct tape and go back in.

Well there you go. There is a question: Duck Tape (TM) or generic?

It is risky because if we are out of duct tape - one of the bench players would have to come in. Just not worth the risk.

Au contraire. If there was no duct tape, Bonzi would balance his head precariously on his shoulders and go to the crowd, asking for them to pass forward their gum. He would then reattach his head, using wads of gum, and continue...

Just to be sure, however, I think everyone should carry duct tape to the games.

Whatever it takes to keep the bench players on the bench. Every time a bench player gets up of the bench - I break into cold sweat and get a panic atack which is easyly cured by beer but I can't turn into alcoholic watching BB. Well, not unless it is a "deep" PO and it doesn't look like we are heading there at the moment

That had to have been one of the funniest things I have read on here. Possible a quote in my signature

I'll take some with me tomorrow night, since I'll be at the game (woohoo!).

Hopefully, both streaks will continue -- the Kings' new win streak (yes, two games would be a streak), and my attendance streak (in my 27 1/2 years of life I've never been to a sporting event and had the team I was rooting for lose).
