This might work...

This is great ...

but, I just wanna repeat what was said earlier in this thread. I don't make it a habit to ride any of our players. Brad has alot to give the organization and the fans. Dude can play ... and when he's hittin' that outside shot ... he makes it real difficult for all our opponents. But, right now ... what Brad is doing is hurting the team. Our Kings end-up playing defense 4 on 5 while he's begging for a call.

Oh well, 'nuff said ....

Although I lobbied for Brad to be benched during the PBP, I think once again RA knew more than me and kept him in the game. Why do I call it wiser? Because Brad was able to work through it and be extremely valuable at the end of the game. Maybe it's something RA and Webber know better than we do. Had Brad been pulled who knows how he would have dealt with it?

I do agree he has to learn some control...

Why can't every one see the obvious like VF??^^

I LOVE Brad, but I agree with most of your comments - he needs to calm down a bit and try to channel all the frustration away from the refs and control that temper. He knows his emotions and intensity can sometimes get the better of him and that's no way to earn the respect of the refs. I hope he works on that and learns how to better deal with the refs.

I don't mind the complaining, he was doing that last year too, even though the face he makes gets on my nerves. The difference is this year he's letting it affect his play. You can see it coming, he starts to try and drive it inside too forcefully, then the headband goes and he starts fouling and grabbing people like crazy. I'm getting so tired of seeing people throw their headbands that today I was wishing Adelman would ban them.

it definetly does't happen every Kings game...maybe the Kings games you get to see but i really don't think it happens every game
I almost watched every Kings game this season. I can say those silly foul and whinning all that stuff has definitely becoming Brad's trend.

(Almost) everytime if Brad THINK he's fouled but the ref didn't call he will immediately grab the opposite player. Like he needs to stops the play to give him time to complain to the ref. I mean, You are playing a basketball game man. Who do you think you are?

I am just so fustrated by his reaction. All I can hope is he will finally realize it's doing harm to the team.

Brad is suffering from a severe case of "Whitemanitis." It is a cruel disease that seems to affect white basketballl players. Usually, the syndrome is more noticeable in seven foot white guys.

The disease makes it virtually impossible for the player to jump off the ground. This lack of jumping ability leads to blocked shots and the inevitable frustration from being stuck to the ground.

I'm not doctor, just a thought.;)

It's obvious Brad has problems defending some of the more talented centers and pfs, he's a big strong guy but a little slow and not very good when he backs someone in to the basket. Also he can't jump, but most of the time he plays his heart out. Still he does better when he gets a pass down low or a quick cut to the basket. But I must say that Kaman looks like he will be a great player, he's quick and hard to defend. all that aside Brad needs to control his temper.

Maybe Brad needs to get ahold of whatever antibiotic Chris Kaman is using to battle "Whitemanitis."

I love Brad. Yeah, he gets banged around, doesn't get calls he should, yada-yada-yada. But, look, if you're a 2-time all-star, play like a 2-time all-all star and you'll get respect from the refs. If you play like you're overwhelmed, turn down open shots, whine all the time, the refs will treat you accordingly. Fortunately, Brad sacked up at just the right time. But he can't keep looking at the officials like he's about ready to squirt some tears or they're going to just tune him out entirely.

Songaila would have pulled more rebounds and made more points if left in the game. He isn't a baby. Tag would have gotten more rebounds and blocks. He isn't a baby. Brad Miller behaved like a spoiled four-year-old tonight. It was embarassing.

but he came thru in the end.
Thats all that matters in the end^^. This isn't the first time he's made a big play at the end of a close game. He's complaining too much thats obvious but to call him a liabilty down the stretch in a game he helped win in crunch time is just silly.

I hope Mike talks to Brad, since Mike is always cool.

Yes, since Mike is a very social guy.

We don't really have any social personalities on the team except Webb. You could also say Ostertag is social, but after seeing that clip of him dancing (still having nightmares) I'm not sure I want him talking to anybody about anything.

I think that he'll soon realize how stupid he looks and how he is just doing himself wrong, building up a negative relationship with refs....and get over it. It'll be one big call that get's him going.

Happens every year, sometimes more than once.

P.S. Hey, stop that now. No more having fun, you guys are a hazard to my health!...;)
