That's not his career high or anything, he's gotten 18 assists on three separate occasions.
It's also not him, it's us. His 3 years at Vancouver, he averaged 6.5, 8.1 and 8.4 APG. Came to Sac, and it immediately dropped to 5 APG. In his 6.5 years in Sac, he only broke 5.5 APG one year (04-05, when he got 6.8). But then he went to Atlanta last year and got 6.5 there. Not as good so far this year - 5.4 and climbing - but the trend is enough to give one pause.
It must be our breath or something.
It was our system, simple as that. Mentioned in the past that the Princeton does not like PGs -- it takes the ball out of their hands and uses them as shooters more than passers. the bigs initiate much of the offense.

Yeah, he's just florishing in the right system with good players. Love to see him play like this.
I have said all along to everybody that keeps pushing this "true pg" stuff talking about setting players up. our previous roster and seems to be our current roster is not suited for that play making pg. Instead it needs another shooting option. Teague or Curry. i will take either one. Teague is the better defender and is quicker thought but, Curry damn that guy can shoot.
He had 15 assists tonight. I can't ever remember him doing that for the Kings. What gives?
