Now that we are on the day of game 1 I would like to wish your team good luck and hope both teams can put out a full team. With Miller, Peja and Bobby Jackson back, Vlad, Fortson and Daniels returning for us. It should be a good well fought series throughout and wouldn't be surprised to see it go the distance.
It may come down to what the heathest players can give, I think at least 6 players in total in this match-up won't be close to 100%, It is all about will and the heart to pull through.
Time for Ray to show why he should get the money he wants in the off-season from our point of view and why Shard is an all-star. Kings have plenty to prove going into this series, showing that that window is still open for a run at a title
The key arena should be rocking tonight for our first playoff game to start of a series in a long time, or it at least feels like it.
My day is all set with my basketball day starting out with Pistons/Sixers on ABC, followed by Mavs/Rockets on ESPN after that I will be watching to see Pierce/Tonie duo back again working in the playoffs Vs the storybook team of the season in the Pacers and then the big one...the 3rd game of the triple header on ESPN...the Sonics Vs the Kings
With all this basketball all fitted onto one day I will
A-Drink ALOT of beer
B-Eat popcorn,Chips
c-Share a few pizzas with a few friends
D-drink ALOT of beer
Obviously I will drink even more if we manage to win game 1
You may ask, surely you won't drink like this through every playoff game? ....well no, just on the weekends..otherwise I will be dead by the start of the 2nd round
ust so you know I know this a Kings board which is why I won't be posting in your game thread when the game starts, as a sonics fan emotions can fly when you are watching the games and the last thing I want to do is upset any of you guys If I don't agree with a call or a player. So I will be around and will give you my thoughts (un-biased) some time after the game.
