Bee: Frustration reigns after loss to Minnesota

I have a couple questions.

1. Are we sure that Kevin was arguing with Theus at the end of the game?
2. Who was Salmons upset with after the game? Was is the coaches or other players?

Kevin and Theus were arguing in the thrid quarter, leading to Kevin's benching only 3 minutes into the quarter. Don't know of anything afterwads.

Salmons has apparently been unhappy with the coaches for several games now. Being benched only increased the problem apparently.

1. No
2. According to Grant Napear (on KHTK this afternoon) who witnessed Salmons leaving the locker room "upset," he didn't look "all that upset to him" and Napear thought he was perhaps headed to a television or radio interview with the TWolves network. He only became aware there might be "some issue" when Ron Artest came out of the locker room hurrying after Salmons and walked back in with him. Grant said that Artest appeared to have calmed him down if it was "that big of a deal."

well, I still stand by the fact that he prolly wouldnt start on any other team ... but that wasnt really the point i was trying to make. I dont like how he carried himself with the situation. I cant stand bad attitudes, im not sayin hes a bad attitude guy but what he did was wrong. When our best player comes back from a suspension he should expect to sit down... how this was a shock to him i dont know...

Here is what I remember seeing. Kevin did something, must have been a defensive mistake? Well anyway, he hit a corner 3 and as he was coming back up the court Theus said something to him and Kevin shrugged his shoulders, rolled his eyes and said something back. Quickly after that, when play stopped, Theus sort of stomped his way up to Kevin and began yelling, the camera went away and then Kevin was benched.

He also benched him in a very crucial point of the game. Even Jerry and Grant were like, WTF???

Wow, and I bet everyone outside of Sacramento still thinks Ron in a cancer...it just sucks we're losing him after this year. Oh well, I dont know where'd he'd fit in with this team anyway...hey, I dont know where ANYONE fits with this team, not even Kevin, now.

I agree with brick, salmons got a little ego after his first two great weeks of his career and he assumed he would get to shoot as many shots as he wanted again. He better realize really quick that Artest is just flat out better and get over it, 27-30 minutes is enough.

How can we say theus made a mistake by taking kevin out if we dont know the reason? Theus obviously doesnt care how well kevin is scoring if he isnt playing D, if that is why he took him out i mean. Everything will be fine, the Bee is a horrible paper and they completely blew this out of proportion IMO.
