Assistant Coaches

Perry hired Thibs in New York. Maybe not this season but don’t be surprised if he ends up in the organization one way or another (Mike Woodson is pretty old)

There's no way Thibs would come to the Kings unless he had no other options and really wanted to coach. Also, Thibs is one of those types that pretty much does what happened in New York and that's eventually just take the whole team, front office included, unto himself.

So the current Kings’ staff as far as I can tell is
Doug Christie (HC)
Mike Woodson (associate head coach)
Bobby Jackson (longtime player dev guy/former 6MOY)
Leandro Barbosa (longtime player dev guy/former 6MOY)
Mike Miller (not the player but a longtime coach)
Chris Darnell (ex-player dev coach)
Paul Jesperson (head of player development)
Garrius Adams (video coordinator guy)

Not sure how many more guys they add to the staff and Jimmy Alapag is reportedly staying on staff (but couldn’t find any solid info to confirm) but if I didn’t know better I’d say this staff is geared towards an influx of young players.

The staff most certainly is. But, is our owner? That's the real question here.
