I thought this was worth posting, since we have two of his former players on the team. See if you notice some similarities in Smarts approach. Also, some have offered that a tough coach and Cousins wouldn't be the right mix, but I think the fact that Cousins and Calapari got along very well dispells that notion. Calapari will scream and yell at you, but he's also has your back, and respects you.
