Arco home sellout streak to end?

If there are tickets available right before game time all the Maloofs have to do is have the rest of the open seats purchased by them. The money goes back to them, so it costs them nothing. Then you have a sell out. So, if the streak is important that's all they have to have done right before each game.

You could even create a program to run that process automatically 1 minute before game time or something.
If my memory serves me right, the last long sell-out streak had ended long before it had officially ended. If I recall, the team simply paid the percentage of the ticket price that goes to the league and because of that, they could continue to "officially" call it a sell-out.

I am attending college in Minnesota right now and the Timberwolvers have similar troubles as Houston. They definitely don't come close to selling out- granted the Wolves are the last choice behind the Vikings, Wild and probably even Golden Gopher football... but they have a nice facility in the heart of downtown that doesn't come close to selling out. I even remember when the Kings and Wolves were playing in the playoffs, the Wolves weren't selling out their playoff games as a first seed team while I was playing $200 a pair to sit on the TOP ROW of ARCO..

What college? Just curious, b/c I used to live in Edina. Minnesota is definitely football country, but T-Wolves attendance is decent if the team is winning. I paid $100 at Target Center when the Wolves played the Hornets. That's partly why I was so surprised that I got tickets to see a game here against a championship contender (Detroit) for under $35 a pair, Sacramento being a basketball town and all.
