Anyone see the Bibby interview??

I'll agree that Mike's fondness for crying foul, especially in the last two years, is a facet of his game that I wish was not quite so pronounced. Perhaps after being on a team with Vlade for so long, the habit was unavoidable.

Crying foul isn't the real issue - it's actually the sheer ridiculousness of his flops.

He initiates contact at every point of the game ... dribbling, shooting, defense ... and then flops or acts severely hit. It's silly.

As for Shareef playing with his jaw wired shut, that took guts and displayed a level of toughness that I hadn't previously associated with him. Kudos. No one is trying to take that away from him. But, that incident aside, he just doesn't have the Iron-man history that Mike does. Sorry, but it's true.

Are you kidding me? They used to talk about how SAR was never injured and until he had surgery in Portland he never missed a game or some ridiculous thing like that.

Even besides that - the dude fasts through Ramadan every year and plays. That's an iron man.

Sorry, but it's true.

I am one of Bibby's biggest supporters, but...

you are absolutely right about his flopping/complaining lately.

Does Bibby Have a Hearing Problem?

Yeah I saw the interview. The main thing that caught my attention was when Bibby said he didn't know what the coach had said in the time out as time was expiring. Kind of typical with Bibby.

In my opinion, that statement by Bibby was a lot more important than the booing issue. He didn't listen with Adelman. He doesn't listen with Musselman. Apparently, Bibby must think that whatever the head coach tells him isn't very important. Just another reason to trade him. Wait until he goes (hopefully) on a 5-10 game scoring streak and then send him packing to the highest bidder. Hopefully, he'll be listening so he won't miss his flight out of town.

Same can be said about Mike, played through a variety of injuries(never mind carried his team to a state championship in high school despite a broken ankle) Didn't miss a game up until he had surgery on his right foot in the 2002-2003 season. Has missed 2 regular season games since.

This season was the first season that Ramadan occured during the pre-season.

Why are you going tit-for-tat on this?

Better yet, what does SAR have anything to do to with a topic about Mike Bibby and booing?

Everyone on on our team has been targeted by the fans until they leave/get traded.

This year is a disaster of mass proportions. I expected a 30 win range and think even I was a little excited with that prediction.

Bibby's interview is typical Bibby, while he is and has been one of my favorite Kings players... Every off-season we hear about how great and hard he has worked. Not sure where I am going with this so I will just end it HAHA
