I hope you ar not implying that it would have been a smarter move to drive while drunk in a different city.

While it is never smart to drink and drive, Rocklin is one of the cities where you are the most likely to get caught.

Not trying to treat this lightly, but the Rocklin Police are notorious for trying to pull over everyone they possibly can. My Dad used to live in Rocklin, and I often found myself watching the speedometer whenever I drove through town.

I've lived in Rocklin for the past 5 years and haven't been pulled over once. I probably speed 95% of the time too.
