Angela Tsai out...will Kayte take her place?

I agree with that -- she could be the third peson in a three man team the way the networks use.

After hearing the initial news I sent the Kings another one of my nastygrams -- even in these dark times I like to space them out to no more than one every two months or so, but they all involve words like "idiots" & "foolish". But adding Kayte to the Grant/Jerry pair could be a nice save...or not. Grant is such a tool that you have no idea how he would respond to that. But Kayte knows her stuff (and might make Jerry look even more foolish), and unless I'm forgetting somebody who's already done this around the league we could actually make a little news for being the team that opened the door to a qualified female color person. Given Jerry's age, you could even call her the future color person, although she may not want to stick aroudn for that.

She would be fantastic as an extra color person or just to take Jerry's place. Kayte is excellent playing off of another person (like Koz), but she struggles if she's completely on her own. I wouldn't want her to take the place of Angela Tsai. It wouldn't be the right fit.

Tsai was horrible. While Kayte is a much brighter talent, I'd hate for her to be doing the same type of Charmin soft interviews that Tsai did. "How does it feel to be a season ticketholder and go to all the games!!!" Just kill me now.
Hopefully, the Kings organization will find a place for Kayte. I love her!
