(CNN) — American actor David Carradine has been found dead in a Bangkok, Thailand, hotel, according to his personal manager, Chuck Binder.
Binder said Thursday that the death is being investigated but could provide no other details.
Carradine, 72, had appeared in the 1970s television series “Kung Fu.”
He had also played the title role in Quentin Tarantino’s “Kill Bill: Vol. 1″ and “Kill Bill: Vol. 2.”

Somebody killed Bill!

Lol.

What a loss -- a major source of cheese is gone from the world.

At age 72 and still working like a madmen -- just checked imdb and he has no less than 13 movies/TV credits coming out this year (which is complete overkill, but still, its not like this is some forgotten old actor out of money and pining for the better days). Committing suicide just seems like an odd decision if that's what happened. Of course you never know about helath or family issues.

Later reports say he hanged himself. I lost someone in my family a number of years ago who also chose the same path and it leaves everyone else with a lot of questions and regrets. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

RIP Mr. Carradine.

If it is suicide, that is always incredibly sad to me. :( My condolences to his family and friends.

(I actually loved the Kung-Fu series.)

I've used the expression "young grasshopper" for years because of that series...
