OK, so before draft night all the wise men (P'shaw, wiseguys you mean) told us it was a weak draft class. Now we're a quarter of the way into the season, and the top two picks have barely recorded any PT between them, and while I haven't payed as much attention to previous draft class, I think we can already say that this was a decent draft class; Possibly even stronger then some of the recent ones.
We've got burgeoning superstars in Tyreke and Jennings, a slew of solid role-players (Casspi, Thabeet, Henderson, Harden, Gibson, Jerebko, etc') a couple of guys who might still become middling stars (Curry, DeRozan) and a couple of guys who haven't played yet but could be very special players (Griffin, Rubio.)
So how would you rate this class compared to previous ones? Average, below average, above average? And why do you think it got the bad press to begin with?
